The Rental Process Step by Step
Even if you do not have a date and/or a venue set yet, we can help you get a very good idea of the cost to rent your items from us versus DIY or buying everything you will need. We will save you time and money!
1. If you want to set up an appointment to visit the showroom please contact us at 419-913-8634. Appointments are required.
2. If you want to begin online: browse our rental items for our pricing and item details.
3. When your date is set and set up an appointment in person to view the items you will be renting, and we will build your order with you. You can make changes to this order, see the contract for details.
4. We will email you our Rental Items List that lists all of the rental decorations and the costs to rent them. The security deposit will also be listed on this form, as well as the replacement cost if broken or lost etc. (This list is updated regularly so feel free to request an updated one once you have your date set). The current rental cost is also listed on the product pages.
4. We will email you your quote, once approved you will receive your invoice, contract and confirmation emails.
You will see all ordered items and the quantities that are available on that date and the breakdown of the security deposit, first half payment and final payment.
You will enter your Credit Card information and it is stored by our CC processing company. We never see your CC information.
**Do not pay with CashAP- this is a one way payment and we will not be able to refund your security deposit back to the ap.**
You will receive the contract to sign and return to us. Pay special attention to the cancellation, payments and non refundable payments sections!
4. The rentals are not confirmed until 3 things happen. 1. Signed contract is returned to us. 2. The security deposit is paid for your rentals. 3. The first 50% of your total is paid to us, that is non-refundable. WE HIGHLY SUGGEST DOING THESE 3 THINGS IN PERSON OR WITHIN A FEW MINUTES OF EACH OTHER. Without these 3 things completed anyone can rent any items and complete the process before you.
5. Current Rental Orders can add to their invoice, see contract for instructions.

**If you need to rent any item and it is less than 30 days away, please call us for availability. You will be paying the security deposit plus payment 1 and 2 at booking time since such short notice.
