Frequently Asked Questions

- Appointments - We require appointments to visit our showroom.  Call or text us at 419.913.8634 to set up a date and time.

-New Items- We are adding new items all the time, if you are looking for something specific just let us know, it may not be on the website yet.  New items alerts are first made available to our newsletter clients, then posted on Facebook and the website.

-How do I sign up for the Newsletter.  Just use the contact us form and request to have your e mail added.  We send 2 emails a month with specials, new item alerts, helpful hints and more!

-Bridal Show Specials - Visit our booth at one of our bridal shows (see Facebook for our next dates and locations).  Pick up one of our flyers and enjoy the special savings!  These savings can not be combined with any other discounts.  

-Specials vary by month see our Facebook page for details.

-Our Process:  If you visit us at the showroom we will put your order together for you and e mail you a copy to approve.  If you wish to do it online, put 1 item in the card then set up your account including your needed date,  keep adding items till your are done.  You will be asked to check out.

When placing your order you will be asked to pay the first half of your total $ invoice.  You will also be required to pay the security deposit for the items you are renting.

**Do not use CashAp for your payment, we are not able to refund your deposit via this ap.**

We will email you a copy of the invoice, the contract, and the other necessary paperwork.

Once the payments have been made and the paperwork  is received back we will issue an order confirmation.

_Can I change my order?

Yes, but it depends on the date you make the changes.  It also depends on the value of your order (your changes can not be less than your original order) See the contract for complete details.

Last minute orders (less than 30 days from rental date) and emergency day of rentals do not have this option.

-Payment Types- We only accept credit cards through our credit card processor.  We do not see your credit card information.  All refundable security deposits will be made back to the credit card on file.

-Pick up and Drop Off- we will schedule 15 days before your event the day and time of each. You will pick up your order in Swanton OH, just past the Toledo Express Airport, close to highways and the turnpike.   See your contract for more information.

-Delivery Fees, Set Up and Tear Down Fees- you pick up, set up, tear down and return it to us.  Zero Fees- and no tipping!

- How do I receive the items.  All items will be packed in containers for your convivence.  Items that need it will be bubble wrapped or protected.  Wooden Arches will be unassembled and wrapped in a moving blanket for easy transportation.  Other arches will be broken down for you to assemble at your destination.  If your item needs any tools they will be provided for you.  EX: Arches come with tools, zip ties, and zip tie cutters.  Yard signs, if wooden, will come with a mallet for easy display.   See your contract for more details.
